Returns

At SupplyMatic.com, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt to request a return. Please read below for the specifics of our policies as well as restrictions. Please Note that all returns must be 100% intact in the original packaging including all parts and accessories.

Damaged Products
If you receive items that damaged or defective, please contact customer support at info@supplymatic.com within 3 business days to request a return authorization number. Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery and note any visible damage which is required when filing a shipping claim.

Wrong Item Ordered
If you change your mind about an order or ordered the wrong item by mistake, contact us within 3 business days at info@supplymatic.com to request a return authorization number. Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please review the list below under "Non-Returnable Items" for those item returns we can not accept due to manufacturer policies.

Non-returnable Items
The following list of some of the items can not be returned due to manufacturer policies:

  • Food/Consumable Products
  • Vacuum Cleaners
  • Opened Software
  • RAM/Computer Memory
  • Medical Items
  • Calendars and Dated Products
  • Ink and Toner

Cancellations

Once you have placed your order and been issued an order confirmation number, that order can only be cancelled if the order has not been processed or items purchased are on backorder. Processing of orders are completed within 15 minutes of origination by the customer. If you have just placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact customer service at 1.888.358.6439 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. We cannot guarantee that your order has not already been processed.
